Double 'S'/Import Homes provide the very best cedar post and beam self-build homes, and an engineering system that ensures the structural framework, not interior walls; support the weight of the roof. As a result, room and interior walls can be designed in almost any configuration desired.

The use of post and beam, not only allows us the flexibility to develop the floor plan that you really want, but also helps us to incorporate soaring roof lines, cathedral ceilings with panoramic glass-prow fronted windows up to cosy second story lofts.

You can choose any roof slope ranging from 22 degrees to the steep 45 degree pitch of the Mountain Chalet, or the attractive Gambrel, with two different slopes on each side.
